DELIVERY

Please allow 4 – 7 working days for the delivery of your order.

Our products are dispatched directly from the warehouse with Parcelforce, UPS or Fedex. As a result, delivery times may vary but email updates will be sent directly to the Customer from the Courier keeping you up to date.

Returns

Requests by you to return goods supplied by us may be accepted, at our discretion, subject to a 25% handling charge to cover unpacking, de-labeling, administration and restocking at the wharehouse.

The goods must be unopened and in their original packaging, with the security seal intact.

Any costs incurred to return the items to us will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us using the form above. Any issues to be reported within 24 hours of the delivery.

PLEASE NOTE:

Refunds or credits will only be issued once the items have been received by us in original condition.

Handling charges will be advised to you prior to goods being returned.

To make a return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Quality Control

All Digital Designs items are quality checked at manufacture and prior to dispatch to ensure that your item is fully working when it arrives.

Non-standard Items

Unfortunately, bespoke and non-standard items including: Custom carbon fibre USA Subwoofers cannot be accepted for return.
