Please allow 3 – 7 working days for the delivery of your order.
Our products are dispatched directly from the warehouse. As a result, delivery times may vary.
Requests by you to return goods supplied by us may be accepted, at our discretion, subject to a 25% handling charge.
The goods must be unopened and in their original packaging, with the security seal intact.
Any costs incurred to return the items to us will be the responsability of the purchaser.

Refunds or credits will only be issued once the items have been received by us in original condition.
Handling charges will be advised to you prior to goods being returned.
To make a return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods.

All Digital Designs items are quality checked at manufacture and prior to dispatch to ensure that your item is fully working when it arrives.
Unfortunately, bespoke and non-standard items including: Custom carbon fibre USA Subwoofers cannot be accepted for return.
